Praxis I: Design Brief
In Praxis I, the design brief I wrote focused on the problem of desks in lecture halls not being suitable for left-handed students. Although this brief is not perfect, I think it shows areas where I have developed over the year. For example, the stakeholders included were diverse, but details about their stake in the project were not included. I show that I learned from this project in my RFP in Praxis II (shown below), where there was an extensive stakeholders section.
This is an excerpt from the brief:
Praxis II: RFP for Pool Safety
As mentioned above, the stakeholders section was expanded when I wrote this RFP. As well as diverse stakeholders, the part they would play in the solution had to be explored.
This is an excerpt from the Stakeholders section of the RFP "Child Safety in Toronto Public Pools".
These two examples show my learning process over the year, and how my understanding of stakeholders developed.
